Site Development involves designing and permitting all improvements outside a building. This includes removals, site grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, access, paving, parking and utility connections for water, power and gas. It also pertains to stormwater management for site drainage, detention and Post Construction Stormwater Management in various jurisdictions.
On these projects, E&A works with a team comprised of architects and engineers responsible for structural, mechanical, electrical and geotechnical services. E&A’s role focuses on grading, drainage, paving, utilities and stormwater management for properties ranging from office buildings to industrial facilities to sports complexes.
