Landscape architecture enhances a project both aesthetically and functionally. By using grasses, plantings, and lighting, E&A’s designers do more than increase curb appeal. They create rain gardens, bio-retention designs, post-construction plans and BMPs (Best Management Practices) for parking lots, commercial buildings, neighborhood water parks, SID and public parks, playgrounds, subdivision entrance monuments and pedestrian trails. They ensure each project follows zoning regulations, uses approved vegetation and meets stormwater quality regulations.
