The Yard was an infill site in an older, urban section of Omaha seeing a resurgence of growth. It brought together multiple owners, architects, contractors and subcontractors to create buildings, parking lots, city streets and sidewalks; balancing their needs and schedules throughout design and construction.

E&A provided a comprehensive set of services for this complex project that turned a 4-acre parking lot into a three-building development and realigned a portion of 15th street.
