Project Description
The Baxter Auto Complex features three dealerships–Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru–and a detail center, each designed to function independently while contributing to a cohesive master plan. The project required precise grading solutions for each site, all while integrating shared drainage systems with adjacent properties and accommodating a strategic construction phasing approach. Despite significant elevation changes across the site, E&A implemented innovative design strategies—including stepped building layouts and retaining walls—to maintain appropriate slopes and achieve balanced earthwork throughout the development.
The civil site design encompasses approximately 1,900 parking stalls, complemented by an enhanced public streetscape featuring integrated landscaping, brick pavers, colored concrete, benches, bike racks, and lighted bollards.
