Kountze Commons

Omaha, NE

Located in downtown Omaha, the development of Kountze Commons required vacating public streets and rerouting existing public storm and sanitary sewers. Additional challenges included reconciling the grade variances between the on-site existing Lutheran church and TV transmission tower that were to remain, while providing accessible plaza space for pedestrians.

Description

This new, 10,000 sf building has 140 parking stalls and 35 on-street parking stalls to accommodate patrons. The building houses a medical clinic and community-use space that includes meeting rooms and a food pantry.
