The recruitment process at E&A starts when we receive your application via SourceWhale, our applicant tracking system. We will then review your qualifications, and if they align with the position, we’ll invite you for a phone interview. If we decide to proceed, the next step will be an in-person interview at one of our offices in Omaha or Lincoln.

E&A is proud of its flexible work environment which allows for a better work-life balance so that employees may focus equally on their work and personal responsibilities. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm but hours of work will vary based on company and department needs.

Employees are expected to dress appropriately based on daily tasks, ranging from casual attire for desk work to business or business casual wear for meetings and client interactions, with field employees required to wear E&A-branded shirts and sturdy, appropriate footwear.
