Since 2018, E&A has completed eight Tommy’s Express Car Washes throughout Nebraska, with one currently under construction. E&A’s project managers, Kyle Vohl, PE, Rick Onnen, PE, and Dave Harnisch, PE, coordinated many services with key partners for each franchise to bring these projects to fruition and meet client expectations.
E&A was responsible for site development, permitting, land surveying, and stormwater drainage prevention for these tunnel-style carwashes with exterior vacuum stalls. Several of these sites are adjacent to a highway and had to be coordinated with each municipality and the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
