Project Description
E&A was tasked with transforming the corner of a client’s parking garage into a small, landscaped space to complement a mural by nationally recognized artist Kelsey Montague. Located just blocks from Charles Schwab Field, home of the annual College World Series, our team designed a baseball-themed mini park featuring limestone benches, vibrant seasonal plant beds, and colored concrete patterned to resemble a baseball diamond. An irrigation system was also installed to ensure low-maintenance upkeep.
