Windgate Ranch is a new, 165-acre residential development featuring a park and a unique playground for neighborhood children.
Description
E&A selected a special structure, at on the owner’s request, which provides a more intensive way for children to play. The playground includes swings, a single spring rider and a picnic shelter and the park offers open green space with trails connecting the streets to the playground. Along with the park & playground design, E&A designed the parkway trees throughout the neighborhood and the island off of the 204th street entrance.
