Project Description
E&A provided roadway designs, topographic surveys, and construction staking for this nuclear plant decommissioning project to remove waste from the site. OPPD needed a haul road design extending one mile from the existing plant to nearby railroad tracks and the transfer facility site. E&A coordinated with sub-consultants to design temporary building site pads.
