Project Description
E&A designed culverts to replace three previously existing structurally deficient bridges in Lancaster county. These updates helped enhance farm-to-market commuting and removed safety hazards, providing safe passage and structure with low maintenance costs. Substantial utility coordination was needed, and a 408 permit was required.
