The Yard was an infill site in an older, urban section of Omaha seeing a resurgence of growth. It brought together multiple owners, architects, contractors and subcontractors to create buildings, parking lots, city streets and sidewalks; balancing their needs and schedules throughout design and construction.
I have worked with E&A on numerous projects over the last 20 years. They have provided design, planning and engineering services for small individual projects, large residential subdivisions and very complex mixed-use urban projects such as The Yard Development in North Downtown Omaha.
