E&A was approached by a financial firm that planned on purchasing and developing this property. Following the property transaction, the residential structure, built in 1900, would be demolished and the land used primarily for recreation and hunting.
E&A was hired to conduct a Phase I ESA in Brainard, Nebraska on several parcels of land that were to be redeveloped for recreation and hunting. The Phase I ESA investigated 316-acres on two parcels of land. The assessment site consisted of agricultural land, pastureland, CRP land, a farm residence and multiple outbuildings for storing farm equipment. The assessment was conducted in four weeks and fulfilled the requirements set forth in ASTM E1527-13.
