E&A provides annual PCSMP inspections for the Metro Credit Union in Omaha. Metro Credit Union is responsible for maintaining one First Defense High Capacity Hydrodynamic Separator for the treatment of post-construction stormwater. Hydrodynamic Separators are uniquely suited to small commercial developments as they are small and precast, allowing contractors to easily connect them during storm sewer installation.
Description
E&A was hired by Metro Credit Union to conduct annual inspections and prepare inspection reports to meet the requirements outlined by the City of Omaha. The Metro Credit Union facility is approximately 4,300 square feet and sits on 1.3-acres of land in downtown Omaha.
Note: As of July 1, 2008, the City of Omaha requires the installation of post-construction stormwater management features as part of new land development to comply with the requirements in their Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. Post-construction stormwater management applies to land development that results in an increase of impervious surface area greater than 5,000 square feet.
