Old Market Mini Storage

Omaha, NE

E&A conducted a Phase I ESA on the Old Market Mini Storage facility located in Omaha’s Old Market District. The assessment site had seven storage unit buildings on it that were built in 2001. The potential buyer planned to build another six storage buildings on the site. The assessments were conducted in four weeks and fulfilled the requirements set forth in ASTM E1527-13.

Description

E&A was approached by a client with the intention of purchasing this existing storage unit facility and constructing more storage buildings on the site. There was a possibility of significant environmental risks due to the site’s past use as a manufacturing facility, coal storage depot, railroad engine house and printing press. After completion of the Phase I ESA, E&A worked with the client to ensure the additional due diligence needs were met.
