E&A was hired to conduct 14 Phase I ESAs in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The properties consisted of commercial, industrial and residential structures and were located throughout the city. The assessments were conducted in six weeks and fulfilled the requirements set forth in ASTM E1527-13.
Description
E&A’s client planned to purchase 14 properties from a family in Sioux Falls, South Dakota that had acquired them over the span of 60 years. The 14 Phase I ESAs were completed, with two needing additional due diligence. E&A then worked with a local engineering company in Sioux Falls to ensure the Phase II ESAs were fulfilled and that property transactions could move forward.
