Hawaiian Village Street Paving

Papillion, NE

Nearly all 185 residents in the Hawaiian Village SID were impacted during the repaving of this neighborhood and construction administration was paramount in minimizing the inconvenience.

After the meeting last night, I really needed to reflect upon what wonderful support our SID gets from E&A, Urban Utilities, Brian and Brianna. I was not instrumental in selecting these true professionals to help us out, but am grateful that past trustees did us all a favor. Thank you all for what you do for us!!!

Description

E&A repaved 2.1 miles of street in a five-step, phased operation that involved removal and replacement of half of a street at a time.

Coordination of schedules and communication was complicated and essential, as access to and from homes varied by the day. Trash pickup (by three different companies), mail and newspaper delivery and school bus services were also impacted. E&A closely coordinated with the SID Board of Directors and residents regularly to resolve daily challenges.
