Description
E&A was approached by a client from Lincoln to conduct a Phase I ESA on a vacant piece of agricultural land in Omaha. The parcel was originally developed and graded as part of the Hanover Falls residential subdivision. With homes constructed and the neighborhood growing, the client determined that the time was right to redevelop the vacant parcel into a commercial shopping area.
