E&A was hired to conduct sediment and erosion control inspections for this development on behalf of the SID due to our extensive familiarity with SID management. As each parcel was purchased and developed, E&A inspectors worked with White Lotus Group and multiple construction companies to administer and conduct SWPPP inspections for the development.
Description
West Dodge Pointe is a multi-use commercial development consisting of 51-acres. E&A has helped design the overlot grading plan and multi civil site design plans throughout the commercial development. Tenants include Baxter Auto Group, the State of Nebraska Department of Motors Vehicles and Nebraska Realty. Two Class A Office buildings also provide important office space to meet increasing demand in Omaha.
