E&A was hired by a local architectural firm to conduct the sediment and erosion control inspections due to our familiarity with Nebraska’s Department of Environment and Energy Construction General Permit. Situated 75 miles from Omaha, E&A inspectors managed environmental oversight on the site and conducted inspections by diligently paying attention to the weather and changing conditions.
Description
The school renovation and addition encompassed a classroom wing, track and football field, gymnasium, locker rooms and fitness center, commons area, kitchen addition and renovation, building security upgrades, science room, new pavement and cosmetic, HVAC and electrical improvements. A total of 61,320 square feet were added on to the school, and the renovation consisted of 76,130 square feet.
