The site plan for the Duke Apartments incorporates a luxury apartment complex within challenging existing site conditions. It provides the developer and future residents with a beautifully landscaped, gated community boasting first-class amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, grill areas and a dog park. Construction is anticipated for completion in 2018.
The Giddings Group is an out-of-state developer and we always look to a local civil engineering firm to provide design services and guidance through any rezoning and permitting.
