The Duke of Omaha is a luxury apartment complex with complicated, existing site conditions. The landscape design addressed these challenges and provided the developer and residents with a beautifully landscaped, gated community with first-class amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, grill areas and dog park.
The Giddings Group is an out-of-state developer and we always look to a local civil engineering firm to provide design services and guidance through any rezoning and permitting.
