E&A conducted a Phase I ESA on the Black Hills Energy Meter Facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The assessment was conducted in four weeks and fulfilled the requirements set forth in ASTM E1527-13.
Description
The Black Hills Energy Meter Facility has operated as an industrial facility since it was built in the 1970s. It sits on 2.6 acres and consists of an office area, meter repair facility, two training outbuildings and a warehouse that are utilized to repair meters for residential usages. After careful analysis and consultation with the client, E&A determined that the due diligence was met and that the property transaction could continue.
