S’more Teamwork

Here at E&A, Our People are at the core of our values. To assist them in building their professional skills, we have established quarterly all-employee training sessions. This year we’re focusing on change management, teamwork, communication and professionalism.

Our most recent training session, “S’more Teamwork,” was presented by David Dechant of BestCare EAP, our employee assistance program.  Employees were arranged into groups and tasked with building the tallest freestanding structure they could in 18 minutes using a limited amount of spaghetti, string and tape to support a marshmallow.

Congratulations to the winners of The Marshmallow Challenge, who built a structure that stood 33 inches tall!

Brian Haverkamp, one of the winning team members, said “going into the challenge our team felt really confident. Everyone worked well together and was willing to jump in and lend a hand. Our game plan was well thought out and we were able to execute quickly, which lead to a win!”
