Royal View is a 17-acre, mixed-use development with retail, multi-family housing and industrial lots. A network of roads and intersection at Lincoln Road and Highway 6 were needed to serve the site and adjacent properties. E&A also extended a sanitary trunk sewer to the project site and provided a regional storm water quality basin.

Description

E&A prepared plans for grading, SWPPP, sanitary, storm and paving and this planned unit development which contains apartments now and in the future, will support a daycare, retail strip and commercial/industrial buildings. We redesigned the intersection of Lincoln Road with Highway 6 and provided left and right turn lanes for safe exits off the highway to the site. Balanced earthwork and designed regional water quality improvement basins for portion of overall development.
