Remington Ridge is a single-family development in the Gretna School District that offers mid to upper-mid price point homes. It encompasses 160 acres and was divided into five phases, each consisting of 80 to 100 single-family lots. The phases were generally initiated every 1 to 2 years, in response to housing market conditions.
Boyer Young has utilized E&A for land development engineering services for nearly 20 years and has used them exclusively on our projects for the last 13 years. We consider them to be an integral part of our development team and credit them for being a major contributor to our land development success. They are flexible in adapting to an ever changing development market and are willing to provide us with the manpower to get tasks completed even when the schedule is very challenging.
