192nd Street Corridor Projects

E&A currently provides services for 11 projects along 192nd Street from Pacific to Dodge in West Omaha. We are honored to engineer answers and be part of this significant growth in our community.

 

Fountain Ridge West - MD West One

For phase I of this project, E&A performed construction staking, land surveying, preliminary and final platting, orchestrated the mix-used agreement, site planning, SWPPP inspections, sediment and erosion control, civil design, and landscape design for this medical building. Construction for phase II will begin soon, adding an office building.

Fountain Ridge East - Waterford

E&A provided platting, zoning, and civil site design, including the parking lot layout, grading, storm sewer, and post-construction stormwater management design for this project. This 180,000 SF upscale office building has been completed and features a highly visible and aesthetically pleasing water fountain on the north side facing West Dodge Road.

All Holy Spirit Greek Orthodox Church

The Orthodox Christian community is relocating its temple to west Omaha. E&A provided civil design, land planning, platting and entitlements, construction staking, land surveying, and erosion and sediment control inspections. It is set to be completed in March 2024.

Symphony Pointe Senior Living

This assisted, independent living, and memory care facility is under construction and estimated to be completed in fall 2023. This 182,000 SF lot will include 52 units for assisted living, 70 units for independent living, 32 units for memory care, and a community area. E&A is performing civil design and construction observation.

Abacus Apartments

Abacus Apartments complex, located on the corner of 192nd and Harney Street, is currently under construction, where E&A is providing many services, such as site planning, civil design, land surveying, construction staking, and sediment and erosion control services. E&A also redesigned 190th Street to allow for proper mobilization and access to the site. This 3-story apartment complex is estimated to be completed in 2025 and will contain 248 units with attached and detached garages.

GraceHill Church (starting soon)

This Lutheran Missouri Synod church is currently in the design phase, and construction will begin soon. E&A is performing site planning, entitlements, land surveying, and sediment and erosion control services.

Montessori School at Evert Place

This conversion of an existing house to a school is part of the Evert Place subdivision and is currently open and educating children. E&A provided civil design, platting services, and construction staking for this project.

Ravello Homes

This apartment complex consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartminiums, which are currently open. This project was completed in two parts: For Ravello phase I, E&A performed civil site design and erosion control inspections. For Ravello phase II, E&A provided civil site design, planning, SWPPP inspections, construction staking, and land surveying.

Grove Ridge (starting soon)

Site plans are still being finalized for a single-family detached and attached rental housing subdivision. E&A will provide land planning, site design, site planning, land surveying, wetlands services, erosion control inspections, and construction staking. Construction will begin in the near future.

Grove Ridge Park

This project was completed for the Grove Ridge subdivision, where E&A provided services for the pickleball courts and splash park, and is currently working on permanent amenity additions. Renovations and an expansion were implemented to the original playground, adding a splash pad, additional parking, and a full-size basketball court. Land surveying, site design, and erosion and sediment control were performed.
