E&A celebrated Mark Westergard’s 35+ years at the company with two different parties to show our appreciation for his long-term loyalty to our company. Mark has been a true leader and an excellent example to our employees over the years.
Mark started at E&A in 1979; known as Elliott and Associates at the time. Throughout his career, he had to adapt to ever-changing technology to keep business thriving.
Mark became an owner of E&A in 1996 and served as CEO from 2000 to 2015. He has been involved in more than 105,000 developments, more than 8,800 acres, and over 19,5000 lots.
What’s next for Mark? Although he will no longer be an E&A stockholder or officer, he won’t be totally gone. He will remain at E&A part-time to assist Jeff LaMontagne’s team. His off days will be filled with traveling, family time, and, of course, golf.
We have greatly appreciated Mark’s leadership and humor over the years. Cheers to a fantastic career, Mark!
