Project Description
Windgate Ranch is a 265-lot development completed in two phases and nestled between three tree-lined waterways. Ornate roadway structures span the waterways, linking the subdivision. It borders the 30-acre Zorinsky Lake Water Quality Basin No. 1 Lake and includes a wetland and environmental impact mitigation area.
To the east, Blue Sage Parkway leads to a three-acre, neighborhood park and Elkhorn Valley View Middle School serves as the property’s north border.
The subdivision roadways cross 4 major creek segments. Decorative bridges and culverts were designed to minimize tree removals and create signature looks for the neighborhood.
