The overall goal of this project was to delineate two parcels of agricultural land for “Project Wizard” that would later be revealed as a new Google Data Center. E&A worked through a third party and bid the project without knowing the actual sites ahead of time.
Description
E&A was hired to conduct wetland delineations on two parcels of agricultural land totaling 270 acres in Sarpy County under the name “Project Wizard.” The site was later revealed to be the location of a new Google Data Center, one of 13 in the country. Seven acres of wetlands and 6,600 feet of drainages were present on-site.
