E&A determined that jurisdictional waters would be impacted by the installation of a 5’ x 8’ x 58’ pre-cast concrete box culvert and associated sub-granular fill, type B rip rap and wing walls within the unnamed stream to the North Branch West Papillion Creek for the Potter Street. crossing.
