Project Description
Completed in July 2026, this $66 million, 200,000+ square-foot residence hall accommodates 305 students on the east edge of the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus. The six-story facility also offers study and meeting areas, a convenience store and outdoor patio. E&A supported the project through services including topographic surveys, platting and entitlements, civil site and landscape design, and construction staking.
