Project Description
This one-and-a-half-mile-long project was completed in two phases to renovate Schram road from 114th to 132nd streets. The road now provides easy and safe access for school children to Papillion La Vista Community elementary schools located at 120th street and Schram road. It is now paved with three lanes for one mile and two lanes for the remaining half. There was a multitude of utility coordination needed due to multiple large pipe culverts.
