Project Description
This 0.26-mile project constructed a new 2-lane concrete roadway along 132nd Street from Potter to Reynolds, where no roadway previously existed. It improved access to SID 405 Deer Creek, which had only one access point on 132nd Street. The design included profiles, jointing, geometrics, striping, erosion control, SWPPP permitting, and ROW design. E&A also completed a wetland delineation, obtained a Section 404 permit, and secured a Floodplain Development Permit due to the site’s location within a designated floodway and floodplain.
