Project Description
Located along North Saddle Creek Road between Davenport and Wakeley Street, this 1.5-acre redevelopment transformed a portion of the former Indian Creek Nursery site into a mixed-use development. The project includes approximately 5,800 square feet of retail space with a bank drive-through on the northwest corner, a fast-food restaurant with drive-through on the southwest corner, and five townhomes along the northeast corner.
The project required rezoning to CC-MCC-PUR, along with alley and right-of-way vacation and revisions to the Future Land Use Plan. Our team provided comprehensive planning and civil services, including surveying, site planning, platting, zoning, civil and landscape design, PCSMP design, construction staking, and erosion and sediment control.
