E&A regraded the county roads, giving turbine delivery trucks better access to the turbine sites while staying within the existing right-of-way.
Description
E&A provided civil engineering of site access roads, county road improvements (approximately 6.5 miles), intersection improvements, crane pad details, storm water drainage facilities, topographic surveys, construction staking services, crop damage surveys and record drawings for the two phases of this project. These two phases consisting of 61-turbines were completed in 2015.
