The Murray Family in Sioux Falls, South Dakota has acquired the properties over the span of sixty years. In 2014, the Murray family had agreed to sell their properties to a developer from Omaha, Nebraska. The properties consisted of commercial, industrial, and residential structures. E&A conducted fourteen (14) Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, with two needing additional due diligence. E&A then worked with a local engineering company in Sioux Falls to ensure the Phase II Environmental Site Assessments were fulfilled and that property transactions could move forward.
