Project Description
E&A was approached by a local home development company to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on a piece of agricultural land. The parcel was being utilized for agricultural purposes and is planned to be redeveloped into the Highland Pointe Subdivision. Sitting right outside the City of Gretna, the Highland Pointe Subdivision will provide 192 additional lots to the already growing City of Gretna.
