Project Description
E&A was contracted to complete a HUD 8-Step Decision Making Process Report for the proposed Hanover Falls Apartment project to comply with Executive Order 11990 (Protection of Wetlands) under 24 CFR 50.4. E&A performed the 8-step process which included determining if the project was within a floodplain or wetland, public involvement, assessing any practicable alternatives, analyzing project benefits and adverse impacts, and mitigation measures. E&A completed the report meeting the standard and client’s expectations. No practicable alternatives were determined, and so, the project proceeded as designed.
