Project Description
E&A partnered with FedEx to deliver a 320,000-square-foot distribution facility supporting a major FedEx Ground and Express hub serving the Omaha metro area. Located on nearly 46 acres near Highway 370, the project included subdivision mass grading, public infrastructure design and construction administration, civil site design, and utility coordination. An extensive due diligence process, including multiple truck turning analyses, ensured the site could safely and efficiently accommodate large-scale truck movements while meeting municipal requirements. By addressing these complexities early in the design process, E&A streamlined approvals and helped create an industrial facility that supports efficient logistics operations while integrating with surrounding infrastructure and development.
