Project Description
The Gallery 23 development transformed a vacant parcel of agricultural farmland into a multi-use community featuring residential, commercial, and retail spaces. E&A inspectors managed permitting and conducted inspections for all components of the project, including grading, sanitary and water systems, lot-level improvements, and intersection construction. The development’s design incorporated a manmade lake for recreational use, and E&A staff provided tailored recommendations to protect water quality and prevent pollution in this sensitive area.
