Project Description
E&A was hired to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the Black Hills Energy Meter Facility located at 1100 31st Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The facility sits on approximately 2.6-acres and consists of an office area, meter repair facility, two training outbuildings, and a warehouse that are utilized to repair meters for residential usages.
The assessment was conducted in four (4) weeks and fulfilled the requirements set forth in the applicable ASTM standards.
