Project Description
E&A provided comprehensive engineering and consulting services for the improvement of 168th Street from a two-lane to a three-lane rural section. The design included adjustments to the ultimate roadway profile to ensure safe sight distances at all intersections, improving overall traffic safety and efficiency.
In addition to roadway design, E&A coordinated extensively with property owners regarding temporary closures and access accommodations, as well as with utility companies to address potential conflicts arising from the roadway improvements. The project also included wetland delineation and permitting services, right-of-way and topographic surveys, construction staking, and construction administration, ensuring delivery while prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder needs.
