Project Description
This project transformed an existing gravel roadway into a 0.5-mile, three-lane urban section constructed on a new vertical profile. Improvements included installation of a box culvert, permitting under Section 404, and construction of twin 8’×8’ box culverts to replace an existing 72-inch pipe. The project also required potholing and extensive utility coordination to facilitate the relocation of a 16-inch water main and a gas line.
