Tom Nussrallah, PE

Tom’s entry into the industry came as the result of a serendipitous phone call. He had called his future father-in-law, Gene Spence, looking for a reference on a job application. Gene, who was E&A’s President at the time, encouraged Tom to consider a position with E&A instead.

Tom accepted Gene’s offer to join the firm as a civil engineer-in-training. For 22 years, he served in several different positions throughout the firm, including civil engineer, project manager, and systems manager, where he built E&A’s IT department from the ground up.

In 2014, Tom became the President and Chief Operating Officer. He oversees human resources, IT, finance, and overall company operations on a daily basis.
