Project Description
The Grant is a contemporary apartment community in Omaha that transformed a formerly underutilized site into a vibrant residential destination. The complex features one- and two-bedroom units and a strong suite of lifestyle amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, coworking spaces, pickleball courts, and social areas. E&A supported the project through comprehensive services including planning, ALTA and topographic surveys, civil engineering and site design, PCSMP, and erosion and sediment control, helping to navigate existing site conditions and deliver the infrastructure necessary to bring this development to life.
