Project Description

E&A provided topographic surveying, civil site design, landscape design, public street design, and construction phase services to support the renovation of a 111-year-old building to hold the new downtown branch of the Omaha Public Library. Originally constructed in 1912 as the David Cole Creamery and later converted to cold storage, the long-vacant structure was transformed into a two-level public facility, with site and streetscape improvements, including on-street diagonal parking.
