Project Description
The landscaping achieved the client’s vision of a “Western” aesthetic by incorporating specific floral colors and plant selections while meeting building visibility requirements. The design complied with the City of La Vista’s Southport Design Standards and review process. Over 900 plants, spanning 24 species and varieties, were used, including a mix of native grasses and wildflowers. As the first cornerstone retail facility completed in Southport, this landscaping plan established the design standard for this highly visible, large-scale development.
