Project Description
E&A provides comprehensive annual Post-Construction Stormwater Management Plan (PCSMP) inspections for the CHI Health Clinic at 31st Street and West Broadway in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This 28,000-square-foot community health center spans approximately 4.2 acres and includes one underground StormTech system and two above-ground bioretention basins designed to manage and treat post-construction stormwater. E&A conducts annual inspections of these systems to verify proper performance and ensure continued compliance with Iowa’s current Stormwater General Permits, which require post-construction stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) for most jurisdictions depending on MS4 permit status.
