Project Description
E&A was approached by a client with the intention of purchasing the existing storage unit facility and constructing more storage buildings at 501 Pacific Street. Based on the area of the property, the historical usages posed significant environmental risks due to the past usages of the assessment site as a manufacturing facility, coal storage depot, railroad engine house, and printing press. After completion of the Phase I ESA, E&A worked with the client to ensure the additional due diligence needs were met.
